The Business Leaders programme is a challenging experience for senior audiences from all sectors which will stimulate and extend your understanding of leadership and set you and your organisation on a change journey. Using Queen's University's international relationships, it will draw on global understanding of leadership behaviours, strategy implementation, innovation and change. It is also a personal journey of change to enhance your leadership skills, preparing you for continued success.

Anne is a Learning & Development expert with over 20 years of business experience in Leadership development, training facilitation, and executive coaching. Anne has coached leaders at the very senior level, and understands the challenges they face in leading change and engaging their teams.

You will be assigned a personal coach. All of our coaches are experienced in working with senior executives, consulting and advising them on the challenges they face.
You will learn from and support other senior executives throughout your learning journey and at the same time extend your personal network.
