What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is our innate capacity to become aware of our present experience in a non-judgmental way. Developing this capacity presents us a way to deal more skillfully with thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations that contribute to stress, anxiety and other difficulties. Research on mindfulness interventions for work show that mindfulness is generally associated with positive outcomes in relation to measures of stress, anxiety, distress, burnout, and depression.
