Orientation |
This session brings participants together for the first time; introduces participants to facilitators and each other; and provides an over view of the Programme as well as logistics, deadlines for various elements of the programme etc. |

Module 1: Leading Self |
This module sets the context within which leaders and their organisations must operate. Participants are introduced to the DAC model of leadership and explore its implications for their own organisations. |
Module 2: Leading Others |
Participants learn how to build relationships within their team and across the organisation to build a high engagement culture. |
Module 3: Leading the Organisation |
The purpose of this module is to help leaders develop strategies to manage digital disruptions. Big Data, Data Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Block chain and Machine Learning have been dominating the headlines in the last few years. But what does it all mean for leaders? What are these technologies and how are they currently linked to strategy? Day 2 explores the role of leadership in the context of strategic change, i.e. how to instil and drive organisational renewal from the position of senior executives. |
