Jason Gonzalez is the principal facilitator of The Mindful Leader programme for the QUB Leadership Institute and the managing director of The Happy Warrior. He is one of the pioneers of mindfulness for learning and leadership development in Northern Ireland and is a member of the UK Mindfulness Workplace Community. He has 20+ years of personal meditation practice and has trained to teach evidence-based mindfulness programmes.
