What are past participants saying about this programme?

“I found the Digital Transformation Toolbox programme exceptionally insightful, not only did it introduce me to a number of new technologies that I could seriously see myself implementing in a professional digital transformation, but it also opened my eyes to further applications of digital tools that I already implement within work. Brenda delivered the content of this course to us in an accessible and informative manner, with the use of case studies, Harvard simulations and other examples ensuring that no matter what your level of experience is in regard to these digital tools, that you will undoubtedly remain engaged and challenged throughout.” Tom Lyttle - Data Analyst, CATAGEN

“The programme delivered real insights into how new technologies are powering the 4th industrial revolution, with tailored content to illustrate how these technologies could be used and even combined to solve real business problems while transforming how you operate. There was a sense of urgency that the world is transforming, with an emphasis on the opportunities that exist for business to transform. One of the best parts of the programme was meeting other people and hearing where they are on their journey and how they might leverage these technologies and digital transformation to improve their business outcomes and the outcomes of their customers. I thought the programme was brilliantly delivered with the right balance of learning, contribution and participation. The simulation on Day 1 was really fun and interesting - also competitive, really engaging. The programme was brilliantly topped off with a fantastic visit to the Northern Ireland Technology Centre where a lot of the technology we'd learned about were demonstrated in terms of their real-world application. I'd recommend this programme to anyone in industry - an insightful and worthwhile programme that is as inspiring as it is practical and useful.” David Kelly - Service Operations Specialist, BT

“I found the course extremely beneficial and lots of practical tips and information. Brenda was a fantastic lecturer and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about expanding their knowledge to apply to the programme.” Claire Anderson - Business Development Manager, Mackle Food Company
