Leading Productivity
Leading Productivity is an impactful 2-day programme that focuses on a single key management challenge facing managers in the twenty-first century: boosting productivity. A challenge that applies to all managers across the private and public sectors. The future health of national economies depends upon it.
The programme is delivered by Professor John Turner, the founder and director of the Queen’s University Centre for Economic History and Professor of Finance and Financial History at Queen’s University Belfast. Building on his latest research into productivity, you will learn what productivity is, why it matters, and how to think about innovation and productivity, employee well-being and productivity, and management and productivity.
