Strengthening Female Community Leaders with Erasmus Shine

22 July, 2021

We are very fortunate at the Clinton Leadership Institute to contribute to the personal development of female leaders on our executive courses and watch with pride as these impressive women progress to lead with influence across all business sectors.

We are very fortunate at the Clinton Leadership Institute to contribute to the personal development of female leaders on our executive courses and watch with pride as these impressive women progress to lead with influence across all business sectors.

We are delighted to have been appointed as specialist leadership consultant for a new Erasmus Shine project to strengthen female community leaders across the UK and Europe. The project will upskill women with the knowledge and behaviours to transition into leadership roles within the third and community sectors.

Our inclusive training programme will respond to the needs of women from all ethnic, socio-economic and geographic backgrounds and focuses on delivering practical, foundation leadership skills to benefit their communities.

We are working in partnership with an exciting international team including Dungannon Enterprise Centre, Momentum Consulting, Meridaunia Italy and the European YWCA.

We are proud to lead this learning initiative to develop future female leadership talent.

To find out more about the project visit the Shine website.
