Young Leaders NI Conference 2025: Unlocking the Future of Leadership

The Young Leaders Conference 2025 will unite ambitious professionals across NI. The launch event was a fantastic breakfast gathering where we connected, exchanged ideas, and built valuable relationships ahead of the main conference on 16th May.

The 12th Young Leaders NI Conference will take place on Friday, 16th May 2025, from 12 noon at Riddel Hall, Belfast. This year’s theme, ‘Adapting to a Changing World,’ will bring together leaders from a wide range of business sectors, including:

  • Commerce
  • Property
  • Industry
  • Academia
  • Finance
  • Law
  • Communications & Marketing

This is a must-attend event for any young professional looking to develop their leadership skills, gain insights from top business leaders, and learn from other aspiring leaders.

The William J. Clinton Leadership Institute are delighted to support the event and are proud to sponsor the Young Leader of the Year Award with a complimentary place on one of our prestigious executive leadership programmes. During the conference, the Young Leader of the Year Award 2025 will be presented to an outstanding young leader who has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to both personal and professional growth.

Our Head of Sales and Marketing, Sue Burns, represented the Clinton Leadership Institute at the launch event, reinforcing its dedication to supporting the lifelong talent and skills development of young professionals in Northern Ireland.

Nomination forms and entry details will be available soon at www.youngleadersni.co.uk.
