Be Part of the Conversation on Northern Ireland’s Productivity Future

We are delighted to invite you to 'National Productivity Week – NI Productivity 2040', an event that will unveil the much-anticipated NI Productivity 2040 report and spark conversations on Northern Ireland’s productivity challenges and opportunities.

The event will take place on Friday, 31st January 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Isdell Courtyard, Riddel Hall, Queen’s Business School. The morning will begin with registration and refreshments, followed by opening remarks from John Healy, Chair of Invest NI. You’ll then gain insights into the NI Productivity 2040 report during a presentation by its authors, who will later engage in a lively Q&A session. Closing remarks will be delivered by Professor John Turner, providing a thoughtful conclusion to an impactful discussion.

This event is just one part of National Productivity Week, a week-long series of events, seminars, and panel discussions hosted across the UK by The Productivity Institute. These activities are designed to equip businesses and policymakers with actionable strategies to drive productivity improvements. This year’s focus includes leveraging new technologies like AI, investing in workforce development, and optimising financial strategies for long-term growth.

By attending this event, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with experts, gain valuable insights, and contribute to shaping Northern Ireland’s productivity future.
